摘要
我国太阳能资源丰富,同时由于环境污染和能源问题亟待解决,国家正逐步加大对光伏电站的投资建设力度。对于电池前端的硅棒制备而言,基于单晶硅棒拉制过程中全程处于封闭状态下的特殊性和不可控性,需建立一套单晶车间集中监控系统对拉晶运行情况、运维管理和性能评估进行统一管控。本文主要基于MES系统构建大数据计算分析平台,对生产过程数据进行自主测算分析,实现对生产过程的集中监控,同时达到协同质量管控的目的。
China is rich in solar energy resources,and due to environmental pollution and energy problems to be solved urgently,the state is gradually increasing the investment and construction of photovoltaic power stations.For the silicon rod preparation at the front end of the battery,based on the particularity and uncontrollability of the whole process of single crystal silicon rod drawing,it is necessary to establish a single crystal workshop centralized monitoring system to carry out unified control over the operation,operation and maintenance management and performance evaluation of the pull crystal.Based on MES system,this paper constructs a big data calculation and analysis platform,which can independently calculate and analyze the production process data,realize the centralized monitoring of the production process,and achieve the purpose of collaborative quality control.
