摘要
漆膜制备是涂料性能检测重要环节,为了解决人工漆膜制备存在太多弊端,基于ABB机器人搭建了涂料检测漆膜制备系统,验证了系统的合理性,分析了喷涂流量、底材、水性/油性漆对漆膜表面质量、漆膜厚度及均匀性的影响。研究表明,喷涂流量与漆膜厚度为线性递增关系。
Film preparation is an important part of coating performance testing.In order to solve the disadvantages of artificial paint film preparation,the paper set up a paint detection paint film preparation system based on ABB robot,and verified the rationality of the system.The effects of the preparation process on the surface quality,thickness and uniformity of the paint film were analyzed.Studies have shown that there is a linearly increasing relationship between spray flow and film thickness.
