本文介绍了一种基于Open CV的精装盒烫金图案的识别与定位的系统软件,系统设计了烫金图案模板设置、图像识别匹配、图案破损检查等功能。文中提出了一种改进的SURF算法,实现了对精装盒烫金图案快速精确匹配;根据机器人夹具特点,通过坐标点偏移旋转计算给出抓取位置数据。该系统应用于精装盒烫金图案压纹自动生产线上,检查烫金图案是否合格,精确定位烫金图案位置。在实际应用中具有适用性强,识别定位实时性高等特点。

This paper introdouces a system software based on OpenCV to indentify and position box bronzing pattern,The system has designed the function of setting the broning pattern template,pattern identify and match,pattern damage inspection.An inproved SURF algorithm is proposed to realize fast and accurate matching of hardcover box bronzing pattern;According to the characteristics of the robot fixture,the position data of the gripper is given by calculating the offset rotation of the coordinate points.The software is applied to the automatic production line of bronzing pattern of hardcover box to check whether the bronzing pattern is qualified,and to accurately locate the position of the stamping pattern.In practical application,this software has the characteristics of strong applicability,high real-time identification and positioning.
