摘要
本文通过对前人提出的数值计算方法进行总结和吸收,提出了有限元分析法和集总参数法两种数值分析方法,并应用此两种方法对四种不同面长比的热电制冷器在真空与空气中的制冷温度进行分析。将数值计算值与实验数据对比表明:有限元分析法适合精确分析真空环境中热电制冷器的性能,制冷温差的相对误差<4%;而集总参数法适用于分析气体环境中热电制冷器的性能,制冷温差的相对误差<5%。
In this paper,by summarizing and absorbing the numerical calculation methods proposed by predecessors,two numerical analysis methods,the finite element analysis method and the lumped parameter method,were proposed,and the two methods were applied to analyze the cooling temperature of thermoelectric refrigerators with four different surface length ratios in vacuum and air.The comparison between the calculated values and the experimental data shows that the finite element method is suitable for the accurate analysis of the performance of thermoelectric refrigerators in the vacuum environment,and the relative error of temperature difference is less than 4%.The lumped parameter method is suitable for analyzing the performance of thermoelectric refrigerator in gas environment,and the relative error of temperature difference is less than 5%.
