大孔吸附树脂法吸附桑葚色素及其稳定性研究 被引量:10

摘要 以新鲜桑葚为原料,80%乙醇为提取溶剂提取桑葚色素。考察9种大孔吸附树脂对桑葚色素的吸附率、解吸率和吸附量,选用XDA-8大孔吸附树脂对桑葚色素进行吸附,考察吸附时间、解吸乙醇浓度、解吸时间、解吸次数对桑葚色素的吸附量影响。经浓缩、冷冻干燥制得桑葚色素粉末,并考察pH值、光照、温度、酸味剂和甜味剂对桑葚色素稳定性影响。结果表明:XDA-8大孔吸附树脂对桑葚色素的吸附和解吸能力较强,XDA-8大孔吸附树脂吸附桑葚色素最优工艺为:吸附时间为4 h、解吸乙醇浓度为80%、解吸时间为80 min、解吸次数3次,在此条件下对桑葚色素吸附量为1.89 mg/g。桑椹色素稳定性研究表明,桑葚色素在高pH值环境中稳定差,对光照和高温敏感,一定浓度的甜味剂和酸味剂对桑葚色素稳定性影响较小。 The pigment has been extracted from mulberries,and alcohol solution of 80%was used as solvent.9 kinds of different macroporous were studied to adsorb mulberry pigment,and the adsorption,desorption and adsorption capacity were evaluated.The macroporou of XDA-8 was chosen,and the effects of adsorption time,desorption ethanol concentration,desorption time,desorption rate value on the adsorption capacity for mulberry pigment were examined.Mulberry pigment solution were concentrated and freeze drying,pigment powder was obtained.The effects of pH value,light,temperature,sweeteners,acidified agent value on stability of mulberry pigment were examined.The result showed that the capacity of XDA-8 adsorption ratio and desorption ratio were good,and the adsorption capacity was 1.89 mg/g.The optimum process for the adsorption of mulberry pigment by XDA-8 macroporous adsorption resin was as follows:the adsorption time was 4 h,the desorption ethanol concentration was 80%,the desorption time was 80 min and the desorption time was 3.Under this condition,the adsorption amount of mulberry pigment was 1.89 mg/g.Stability experiment showed that the mulberry pigment was stable in low pH,sweeteners solution and acidified agent solution,but very sensitive to light and high temperature.
