摘要
超纤革在结构和性能方面接近真皮,但真皮在卫生性能、手感、软度等方面都优于超纤革,因此改善超纤革性能是主要的研究方向。文章主要通过实验阴离子型加脂剂在改性与未改性2种超纤革基布上的应用,确定最佳的加脂剂质量分数和加脂时间,最终确定最佳加脂工艺。通过分析产品的透气性、透湿性等卫生性能及剥离强力、撕裂强力、断裂伸长等力学性能发现经过加脂处理后超纤革手感、软度均有提高,卫生性能也得到提升。
The structure and properties of microfiber leather are close to the leather,but the hygienic properties,hand feel,and softness of leather are better than that of microfiber leather.Therefore,the properties of modified microfiber leather are the main research direction.Based on the application of anionic fatliquoring agent in modified and unmodified microfiber leather base cloth,the paper determines the best fatliquoring mass fraction,time and process.By analyzing the hygienic property of the products,such as air permeability,moisture permeability,as well as peel strength,tear strength,elongation at break,the research showed that the hand feel,softness and the hygienic property of the microfiber leather has been improved after the fatliquoring process.
