举述验案,并简介其相应论治策略。一曰“有故无殒”,由治痛经而致孕案引得;一曰“升因升用”,由补中益气法治呃逆、梅核气案引得;一曰“权衡取舍”,由多囊卵巢综合征痤疮兼闭经治案引得;一曰“勿限生机”,由双侧输卵管阻塞而妊娠治案引得。

The paper is to describe the clinical cases and introduce the corresponding treatment strategies.One is"harmless treatment if needed",which is derived from the case of pregnancy caused by treating dysmenorrhea;one is"ascending Qi when there is case of the abnormal ascending Qi";which is derived from the case of using Buzhong Yiqi to treat hiccup and globus hysteriocus;one is"trading off the two cases",which is derived from treatment of acne and amenorrhea with cystic ovary syndrome;one is"not limiting life powder",which is derived from the case of pregnancy by treatment of bilateral fallopian tube obstruction.
