李月梅“通元针法”辅助卵巢储备功能下降患者IVF-ET经验

Li Yuemei's"Tongyuan Acupuncture"Experience in Aiding IVF-ET with Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function

李月梅教授根据女性特点,在"通元针法"基础上拟定了女性不孕针灸基础方,即"通元针法"基本处方:A组:强间、脑户、大椎、百会、心俞、膈俞、肝俞、肾俞、次髎、委中、涌泉(常用灸法);B组:百会、生殖区、印堂、中脘、天枢、关元、中极、卵巢/子宫交替刺激、血海、足三里、三阴交。辨证分期治法:卵泡期:隔日1次,A组、B组交替刺激,采用飞针法进针,操作手法以平补平泻为主,A组肝俞/肾俞交替温针灸,B组气海、关元和卵巢/子宫交替温针灸,涌泉加用灸法,留针30 min;排卵期:在卵泡期处方基础上,A组加用阳陵泉、白环俞;黄体期:在卵泡期处方基础上,A组加用命门,毫火针点刺。

According to the characteristics of women,Professor Li Yuemei formulated the basic prescriptions for female infertility acupuncture on basis of"Tongyuan Acupuncture",which is called the basic prescription of"Tongyuan Acupuncture"":Group A:Qiangjian,Naohu,Dazhui,Baihui,Xinshu,Geshu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Ciliao,Weizhong,Yongquan(moxibustion is commonly used);Group B:Baihui,Reproductive Area,Yintang,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Ovary/Uterine alternant stimulation,Xuehai,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao.Syndrome differentiation and treatment method:follicular phase:Once every other day,group A and group B are stimulated alternately,the needles are used with flying method,and the operation methods are mainly mild reinforcing and attenuating.In group A,alternate warm acupuncture is used on Ganshu/Shenshu,and in group B Qihai,Guanyuan and ovarian/uterine alternate warm acupuncture are used;Yongquan plus moxibustion is used and needle retention is 30min.ovulation period:based on the follicular phase prescription,Yanglingquan and Baihuanshu are added to the prescription of group A;luteal phase:in the follicle period,on the basis of the periodical prescription,in Group A Mingmen point is added and quick puncture is used with fire needle.
