摘要
根据核燃料组件骨架技术条件要求,完成三坐标测量机测针配置、工装夹具设计和测量程序设计,建立了一套高效、准确的骨架自动化检测方法。通过对测量系统进行重复性和再现性分析及人工检测结果比对,证明该检测方法能高效、准确地完成骨架检测。
According to the requirements of skeleton technical specifications,the probe options,fixture tools and measuring program are designed.A high efficient,accurate and automatic detection method is established.Repeatability and reproducibility analysis of the measurement system and comparative analyses with manual detection are carried out to prove the efficiency and accuracy of the automatic detection method.
