摘要
本文以新型冠状病毒肺炎事件为背景,研究建设基于C/S架构体系的突发公共卫生事件社区应急管理系统的意义,并探讨了系统建设中应用到的组件式GIS技术、ArcGIS Engine开发技术、空间数据库引擎等关键技术。通过对数据表设计、关系模型建设的实现完成数据库设计。利用SQL Server数据库技术实现数据存储和管理,并与ArcGIS Engine开发技术、C#语言相结合,对系统各模块进行设计研究。
With the new coronavirus pneumonia event as the background,this paper studies the significance of building community emergency management system for public health emergencies based on C/S architecture system,and discusses the key technologies used in system construction,such as component GIS technology,ArcGIS Engine development technology and spatial database Engine.Through the design of the data table,the realization of the construction of the relational model to complete the database design.Using SQL server database technology to achieve data storage and management,and combined with ArcGIS Engine development technology,C#language,the system module is designed and researched.
