从人力资源视角看我国研究生远程教育

Looking at the Distance Education of Graduate Students in China from the Perspective of Human Resources

随着我国现代远程教育的不断发展,研究生远程教育逐渐受到重视与推广。作为我国国民高等教育的最高层次,研究生远程教育在优化人力资源配置、增强我国人力资源竞争力等方面作用显著。通过对我国人力资源现状进行分析,可以看出发展研究生远程教育对我国加速迈向人力资源强国具有重要意义,今后应从宣传、法规、自身定位、质量、配套设施等方面大力发展我国研究生远程教育。

With the continuous development of modern distance education in China,graduate distance education has gradually received attention and promotion.As the highest level of China's national higher education,postgraduate distance education plays a significant role in optimizing human resource allocation and enhancing China's human resources competitiveness.Through the analysis of the current situation of human resources in China,it can be seen that the development of postgraduate distance education is of great significance to China's acceleration towards a strong human resources country.In the future,we should vigorously develop postgraduate distance education in China from propaganda,regulations,self-positioning,quality and supporting facilities.
