摘要
我国是世界上最大的粮食生产和消费国,粮食机械化干燥的需求越来越大,粮食干燥作业对粮食生产的效率和质量有着重要的影响,随着国家环保政策的日趋严格,传统的燃煤热源逐渐被取消,在粮食干燥领域发展新型的清洁能源势在必行。本文针对生物质燃料、天然气、醇基混合燃料和电能等几种清洁能源的使用性能和应用现状进行研究分析,并对清洁能源在粮食干燥领域的长期发展提出了建议,为粮食干燥热源的发展提供新的思路。
China is the largest food production and consumption country in the world.The demand of grain mechanized drying is increasing.Grain drying operation has an important impact on the efficiency and quality of grain production.With the increasingly strict national environmental protection policy,the traditional coal-fired heat source is gradually cancelled.It is imperative to develop new clean energy in the field of grain drying.In this article,the use performance and application status of several clean energy sources such as biomass fuel,natural gas,alcohol based mixed fuel and electric energy are researched and analyzed,and suggestions for the long-term development of clean energy in the field of grain drying are put forward,which provides new ideas for the development of grain drying heat sources.
