摘要
建立薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯的高效液相色谱电喷雾检测器测定方法。研究表明:甘油三油酸酯在0.06~0.40 mg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9986,重现性RSD=1.26(n=6)。6个样品的甘油三油酸酯含量在0.824%~0.995%,甘油三酯指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.99。方法简便快捷,重复性好,可用于薏苡仁的质量控制。
Establish a high performance liquid chromatography-charged aerosol detector(HPLC-CAD)method for detecting the triolein in Coicis Semen.The result shows:Calibration curve was liner over the range of 0.06~0.4mg/mL for triolein(r=0.9986)and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.26(n=6).The triolein contents of 6 Coicis Semen were from 0.824%to 0.995%and the similarities of fingerprints were more than 0.99%.This method is simple with good repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Coicis Semen.
