摘要
通过化学法制备氮掺杂碳微米球/杂多酸复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射等技术对复合材料的形貌及组成进行了表征.通过循环伏安法、恒电流充放电测试研究碳化温度、杂多酸种类及加入量对该复合材料电存储性能的影响.结果表明,当磷钨酸与700℃碳化得到的氮掺杂碳微米球以质量比1∶10复合时,所获得材料的电容性能最好.
In this study,nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere/heteropolyacid composite is prepared by chemical approach.The morphology and chemical composition of the composite are characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The influence of carbonization temperature,the type and the added amount of heteropolyacid on the electrochemical storage performance are investigated by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostic charge-discharge test.Results show that when the mass ratio of phosphotungstic acid and nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere carbonized at 700℃is 1∶10,the obtained material exhibits the best electrocapacitive performance.
