22例1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病中内皮微颗粒的变化及临床意义 被引量:2

Changes and Clinical Significance of Endothelial Microparticles in 22 Cases of 1,2-Dichloroethane Toxic Encephalopathy

摘要 目的:探讨1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病的临床表现中内皮微颗粒的变化及临床意义。方法:通过选取本院收治的22例1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病患者作为此次临床研究的研究对象,对患者的临床表现、影像学检查及实验室检查进行观察分析。本研究中22例患者均采取中毒性脑病的常规治疗方法进行治疗,患者于治疗前及治疗后2周测定EMPs水平。治疗期间密切监测患者的各种生理生化指标,如三大常规等变化,并密切注意胃肠道等不良反应的发生。结果:经治疗后,22例中2例因脑疝死亡,16例临床症状改善不明显,4例临床治愈。患者在治疗前2周内EMPs水平明显升高,治疗后2周EMPs水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病患者EMPs水平明显升高,并有可能作为反映1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病病情严重程度及预后的生物学指标,具有潜在临床应用价值,注意在临床诊疗中进行严密检测以防止患者突发死亡。 Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of Endothelial Microparticles in the clinical manifestations of 1,2-Dichloroethane Toxic Encephalopathy.Methods:22 patients with 1,2-Dichloroethane Toxic Encephalopathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this clinical study.In this study,22 patients were treated with conventional treatment of Toxic Encephalopathy,and their EMPs levels were measured before and 2 weeks after treatment.During the treatment,various physiological and biochemical indicators of the patients were closely monitored,such as the changes in the three major routine,and the occurrence of gastrointestinal and other adverse reactions was closely monitored.Results:After treatment,2 cases died of brain hernia,16 cases had no obvious improvement in clinical symptoms,and 4 cases were cured.Patients in the treatment of EMPs levels increased significantly within 2 weeks before,2 weeks EMPs levels significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,2-dichloroethane Toxic Encephalopathy in patients with EMPs level increased significantly,and may reflect as 1,2-dichloroethane Toxic Encephalopathy disease severity and prognosis of biological indicators,has potential clinical application value,pay attention to rigorous testing in the clinical diagnosis and treatment to prevent patients with sudden death.
