孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征58例分析

Analysis of 58 Cases of Asthma-Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Overlap Syndrome Treated with Montelukast Sodium

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征58例患者的临床疗效。方法:将我院急诊科在2017年3月到2019年3月2年内治疗的58例哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者仅采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,而试验组患者在此基础上使用孟鲁司特钠药物治疗,观察两组患者干预后的疗效与肺功能情况。结果:干预后,试验组以93.1%的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组72.4%,差异明显(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的肺功能各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的FEV1、FVC以及FEV1/FVC水平均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后组间对比,试验组均明显较对照组高(P<0.05),组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用孟鲁司特对哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者临床疗效显著,大大提高了患者的肺功能,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast sodium in 58 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome.Methods:58 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome treated in our hospital's emergency department from March 2017 to March 2019 were used as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment methods only,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with montelukast sodium on this basis,and the therapeutic effect and pulmonary function of the two groups after intervention were observed.Results:After intervention,the total effective rate of 93.1%in the experimental group was significantly higher than 72.4%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After comparison,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Montelukast has a significant clinical effect on patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome,which greatly improves the Pulmonary function and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
