摘要 用NMR数据解析方法对姜辣素类化合物6-姜烯酚[6-Shogaol,(E)-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)癸-4-烯-3-酮]的结构进行研究.联合应用一维NMR(1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT)和二维NMR(1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC)技术对其进行检测,使6-姜烯酚所有的1H和13C NMR数据得到了详细解析和归属,并进一步确证其结构.本研究为姜辣素类化合物的结构鉴定提供了可靠的NMR数据解析方法和依据,也为该类化合物的深入研究提供了结构信息. The structure of 6-Shogaol[(E)-1-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)dec-4-en-3-one]was studied by NMR data analysis method and was detected by 1D NMR(1H NMR,13C NMR and DEPT)and 2D NMR(1H-1H COSY,HSQC and HMBC)techniques.The results show that the 1H and 13C NMR spectra are analyzed and assigned,and the structures of 6-Shogaol are further identified.This research provided not only NMR data analysis methods and evidences,but also structures information for the structures identification of Gingerols.
