摘要
干预手册是干预研究的重要部分,干预手册的开发对促进社会工作专业实践和理论发展具有重要作用。以对养老机构老人脑衰老焦虑进行干预的健脑操项目为例,介绍了健脑操干预手册的制定、修订过程,对健脑操干预手册的主要内容、编写原则、干预手册在实施过程中的作用等进行了阐述和分析。社会工作领域干预手册的开发需要多学科、多成员的合作,社会工作干预项目应加强研究设计、注重长期测试,同时要拓展学科视野、增进跨专业合作、回应本土需求。
The intervention manual is an important part of intervention research.The development of the intervention manual plays an important role in promoting the professional practice and theoretical development of social work.Based on the brain aging anxiety intervention project among the elderly in institutions,the paper describes the formulation and revision of the intervention manual.It also presents the writing principles,main contents of the manual as well as the role of the social worker in the implementing process.The development of intervention manuals in the field of social work requires multidisciplinary,multi-member cooperation.Social work intervention programs should strengthen research design and focus on long-term testing,and at the same time expand disciplinary horizons,enhance cross-disciplinary cooperation,and respond to local needs.
