应用型本科院校英语专业毕业设计多样化探索——以辽东学院为例

Graduation Project Diversity of English Specialty of Application-oriented Colleges:A Case Study of Eastern Liaoning University

近年来,本科院校英语专业毕业论文质量不断下滑,传统的毕业论文已无法满足应用型人才培养目标的需求。辽东学院英语专业经过改革实践,确定以毕业综合训练取代毕业论文,形式包括:专业实践训练项目、翻译实践和主题英语视频制作。这种探索激发了学生的创新能力、实践能力、发现问题与解决问题的能力,实现了理论知识的学习与实际应用相统一,达到了提升学生综合能力的效果。

In recently years,the thesis quality of the graduates of English specialty has been deteriorating and the traditional thesis training can not meet the requirements of applied talents.Eastern Liaoning University has replaced the thesis with combined training for graduation which includes professional practical training projects,translation practice and English presentation video production.It ignites the abilities on innovation and practice and realizes the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical use,thereby the comprehensive abilities of the students are improved.
