摘要 为突出对学生的实践能力和职业素质的培养,基于成果导向理念对“财经法规与职业道德”课程进行教学改革。立足岗位需求预先设定成果目标,围绕成果目标重构课程体系,以学生为中心灵活选用教学方法,校内校外考评动态改进教学组织,教学实践取得良好效果,为提高会计专业课程教学质量,构建专业能力与职业素质相融合的新型人才培养模式提供了新路径。 To strengthen the cultivation of students’practical ability and professional quality,a teaching reform of the course of financial regulations and professional ethics was carried out based on the outcome-based education concept.The achievement goals were pre-determined according to the job requirements,with which the curriculum system was reconstructed.The teaching method was flexibly selected prior to student’s characteristics.The on and off campus teaching was organized in a dynamic way.The practical results showed that this reform improved both the professional ability and quality.
