摘要
本文基于激光测距技术设计了一种隧道结构限界检测系统。该系统由激光扫描单元、嵌入式工控机、上位机数据处理系统及数据库组成,实现了隧道结构限界检测的集成化、自动化、智能化。经测试,连接数据库、动态检测、实时采样显示、拉取数据库历史记录等功能运行正常,系统在最大设计检测强度下能够稳定工作,满足各类隧道结构的动态限界检测业务要求。
This paper designs a tunnel structure approach limit detection system based on laser ranging technology.The system is composed of laser scanning unit,embedded industrial control computer,data processing system of upper computer and database.The system realizes the integration,automation and intelligence of the tunnel structure approach limit detection.Through the test,the functions of connecting database,dynamic detection,real-time sampling and pulling database history records are running normally.The system can work stably under the maximum design detection intensity,and can meet the dynamic limit detection business requirements of various tunnel structures.
