摘要
为了研究脱硫白色烟羽的治理技术,以南通某电厂湿法脱硫烟气为研究对象,以南通地区2016年气象数据和机组排烟参数为设计基准,首先提出四种具有可操作性的烟气冷凝方案,并对其运行费用进行比较,优选出最佳的烟气冷凝方案。进而对比了优选的冷凝方案在不同白烟天数控制线的运行费用,确定最优的无白烟天数控制线。同时对不同的烟气再热技术路线进行比较,综合考虑在工程中选用MGGH作为烟气升温工艺,进而选定烟气冷凝再热技术作为烟气脱白的工艺路线,并确定了烟气冷凝和升温的工艺参数。
To study the treatment technology of desulfurization white plume,the wet desulfurization flue gas of a power plant in Nantong was taken as the research object,and the meteorological data and the exhaust parameters in Nantong of 2016 were taken as the design basis.Firstly,four kinds of feasible flue gas condensation schemes were proposed,the optimal scheme was selected by compared the operation cost.Furthermore,the operation cost of the optimal condensation scheme in different white smoke days control lines were compared,determine the optimal white smoke control line.Different reheat technology routes were compared,MGGH was selected as the heating process in the project,the flue gas condensation and reheating technology was selected as the process route for white smoke elimination in flue gas,and the parameters of condensation and temperature rise were determined.
