一种新型增压风机与传统增压风机经济性比较

摘要 针对脱硫废水零排放增压风机大流量、低压力的特点,开发设计了一种新型静叶可调轴流风机,首先从新型静叶可调轴流风机的工作原理、性能特征及结构特点等方面进行了介绍,然后从风机性能,可靠性及经济性等方面与常规风机进行了比较,得出了选择新型静叶可调轴流风机为最佳方案的结论。 Aiming at the characteristics of large flow and low pressure of blower fan for zero-emission of desulfurization wastewater,wedeveloped and designeda new type ofaxial flow fan withadjustable static blade.Firstly,the working principle and performance characteristics of the new type fanare presented.The structural characteristics and other aspects were also introduced.Then we compared the conventional fan with the new one from the aspects of fan performance,reliability and economy,the conclusion was drawn that the new type of axial flow fanwithadjustable static bladewas the best solution.
