摘要
针对船用液压绞车受风浪影响的特殊工况,设计了一种基于电磁比例溢流阀的恒张力液压绞车,介绍了液压绞车的一种应用工况,解析了恒张力液压绞车的设计原理及工作过程,并对液压绞车的恒张力模式和制动缓解过程进行了仿真分析,结果表明此系统可以有效地进行缆绳恒张力控制。
Constant tension hydraulic winch based on electromagnetic proportional relief valve was designed for the special marine conditions.The detailed application conditions of hydraulic winch were introduced,the design principle and working process of hydraulic winch were analyzed,and the constant tension mode and brake release process of hydraulic winch were simulated and analyzed.The result shows that the system can effectively control constant tension of umbilical.
