金水宝胶囊辅助治疗对COPD稳定期患者Th17细胞及Th17细胞/Treg细胞的影响

Effect of Jinshuibao capsules on Th17 cells,Th17 cells/Treg cells in patients with stable COPD

目的探究给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者金水宝胶囊辅助治疗,对其辅助性T细胞17(Th17细胞)、Th17细胞/调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年8月接受治疗的72例COPD稳定期患者,行随机数表法分为对照组(36例,常规治疗)和观察组(36例,常规治疗+金水宝胶囊辅助治疗),比较两组患者临床疗效、Th17细胞、Th17细胞/Treg细胞水平及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为88.89%(32/36),高于对照组的69.44%(25/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.126,P=0.042);治疗后,观察组Th17细胞值高于对照组[(1.52±0.52)%比(1.25±0.47)%],Th17细胞/Treg细胞值高于对照组[(0.58±0.13)比(0.49±0.15)],差异均有统计学意义(t=2.311、2.721,P=0.024、0.008);观察组不良反应发生率为2.78%(1/36),对照组不良反应发生率为8.33%(3/36),组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.265,P=0.304)。结论金水宝胶囊辅助治疗可提升COPD稳定期临床疗效,提高Th17细胞、Th17细胞/Treg细胞值,同时控制不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jinshuibao capsules on helper T cells 17(Th17 cells)and Th17 cells/regulatory T cells(Treg cells)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase.Methods From April 2017 to August 2019,72 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group(36 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(36 cases,routine treatment+Jinshuibao capsules).The clinical efficacy,the levels of Th17 cells,Th17 cells/Treg cells,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%(32/36),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.44%,25/36)(χ^2=4.126,P=0.042).The value of Th17 cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[(1.52±0.52)%vs.(1.25±0.47)%],and the value of Th17 cells/Treg cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[(0.58±0.13)vs.(0.49±0.15)],with statistically significant differences(t=2.311,2.721;P=0.024,0.008).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.78%(1/36)in the observation group and 8.33%(3/36)in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.265,P=0.304).Conclusion Jinshuibao capsules can improve the clinical efficacy of COPD in stable phase,increase the values of Th17 cells,Th17 cells/Treg cells,and control the occurrence of adverse reactions.
