全程化药师介入服务干预对高龄COPD患者用药依从性及药物不良反应发生率的影响

Effect of whole course pharmacist intervention on compliance and adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with COPD

目的探讨全程化药师介入服务干预对高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者用药依从性及药物不良反应发生率的影响。方法取2018年4月至2019年10月收治的高龄COPD患者86例,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统医疗服务干预,研究组全程化药师介入服务干预,比较两组药物不良反应发生率、疾病知识及呼吸科药理知识、依从性。结果对照组患者药物不良反应发生率高于研究组(34.88%比13.95%,P<0.05);对照组干预后疾病知识评分为(65.57±8.52)分、呼吸科药理知识得分为(59.53±9.72)分,低于研究组的(79.42±10.21)分、(74.52±10.51)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组用药依从性低于研究组(62.79%比93.02%,P<0.05)。结论高龄COPD患者采取全程化药师介入服务干预效果显著,有效提高患者疾病认知、用药依从性和降低药物不良反应发生率,应推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of whole course pharmacist intervention on drug compliance and incidence of adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods 86 elderly patients with COPD admitted from April 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional medical service intervention,and the study group was treated with whole course pharmacist intervention service.The incidence of adverse drug reactions,disease knowledge,respiratory pharmacology knowledge,and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group was 34.88%,higher than that in the study group(13.95%)(P<0.05).The score of disease knowledge after intervention in the control group was(65.57±8.52),the score of respiratory pharmacology knowledge was(59.53±9.72),lower than those in the study group[(79.42±10.21)and(74.52±10.51)](all P<0.05).The medication compliance of the control group was 62.79%,lower than that of the study group(93.02%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of whole course pharmacist intervention is significant in elderly patients with COPD,which can effectively improve the patients'disease cognition and drug compliance,and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
