1例经鼻高流量氧疗重症甲型H1N1流感患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of a case of patient with H1N1 influenza A treated by high flow nasal cannula

目的总结重症甲型流感患者应用经鼻高流量氧疗(high flow nasal cannula,HFNC)的临床特点、诊治和护理体会。方法总结2019年2月收住的1例重症甲型H1N1流感患者的病例资料。结果本例患者通过严密的病情观察、加强患者的生活护理、皮肤护理、心理护理等,未发生相关并发症,患者恢复良好并转入呼吸内科继续治疗。结论HFNC可以有效改善重症甲型H1N1流感患者的缺氧状况,提高患者舒适度。

Objective To summarize the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment,and nursing experience of a case of patient with H1N1 influenza A treated by high flow nasal cannula(HFNC).Method The case data of a severe patient with H1N1 influenza A admitted to our department in February 2019 was summarized.Results In this case,through strict observation on the condition,strengthening life care,skin care,psychological care,etc.for the patient,no related complications occurred.The patient recovered well and was transferred to respiratory medicine to continue treatment.Conclusion HFNC can effectively improve the hypoxia status of the patient with H1N1 influenza A and improve patient comfort.
