摘要
财务管理是出版社促进销售获得更好经济效益的一种工具,而有效的营销理念是出版社开展财务管理活动的一个重要手段。财务管理是各种营销理念实现的起点,通过对营销理念所需要的资金的管理,才可以更好地让营销理念得以实现。因此,出版社要在财务管理中运用好营销理念,以保证出版社可以更加健康良性的发展。论文从营销理念的内涵入手,从三方面阐述了财务管理与营销理念的联系,提出了出版社财务管理中运用营销理念的对策,希望对出版社财务管理起到借鉴作用。
Financial Management is a tool for publishing house to promote sales and get better economic benefits,and effective marketing concept is an important means for publishing house to carry out financial management activities.Financial management is the starting point for the realization of all kinds of marketing ideas.Only through the management of funds needed for marketing ideas,can marketing ideas be better realized.Therefore,the publishing house must have a better use of marketing idea in the financial management,so as to guarantee the more healthy benign development of publishing house.Starting from the connotation of marketing concept,this paper expounds the relationship between financial management and marketing concept from three aspects,and puts forward the countermeasures of using marketing concept in financial management of publishing house,hoping to play a reference role in the financial management of publishing house.
