摘要
加强干部队伍建设是企业发展的内在需求。论文通过对W公司中层干部存在的问题进行剖析,追根溯源,条分缕析,从干部选拔任用机制、培养机制、考评机制三个方面进行深入系统研究,旨在将研究成果转化为制度成效,不断推动公司干部制度改革。
Strengthening the construction of cadre team is the internal demand of enterprise development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the middle-level cadres of W company,traces back to the source,analyzes them in detail,and conducts an in-depth systematic research from the three aspects of cadre selection and appointment mechanism,training mechanism,and evaluation mechanism,aiming to transform the research results into system effectiveness,and constantly promote the cadre system reform of the company.
