摘要
随着社会的进步,企业之间的竞争力越来越激烈,在企业发展的过程中,只有不断规范生产经营,才能提高核心竞争力。企业文化的建设有利于提高员工的凝聚力,促进企业生产的正规化。所谓的企业文化,即是引领企业员工的工作行为以及状态的一类文化。在企业内部做到企业文化和企业战略的协调发展,能够降低企业管理成本,发挥企业竞争优势。论文就企业文化以及企业战略协同管理的重要性进行阐述,同时分析企业文化和企业战略的联系和矛盾,并提出相应的的策略。
With the progress of society,the competitiveness among enterprises has became more and more intense.In the process of enterprise development,only by constantly standardizing production and operation can it improve the core competitiveness.The construction of enterprise culture is conducive to improving the cohesion of employees and promoting the normalization of enterprise production.The so-called enterprise culture is a kind of culture that leads the work behavior and status of employees.Realizing the coordinated development of enterprise culture and enterprise strategy within the enterprise can reduce the cost of enterprise management and give full play to the competitive advantage of the enterprise.This paper expounds the importance of the collaborative management of enterprise culture and enterprise strategy,analyzes the relationship and contradiction between enterprise culture and enterprise strategy,and puts forward corresponding strategies.
