经济下行背景下促进高校毕业生就业创业措施研究

Research on the Measures to Promote Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates Under the Background of Economic Downturn

高校毕业生就业一直是全社会关注的问题,2020年全球疫情压力下,毕业生就业更加困难。论文通过分析高校毕业生就业难的几个原因,提出高校为主、政府和企业为辅的政校企三方合作促进就业创业的政策建议,以帮助高校毕业生顺利步入社会。

The employment of college graduates has always been the concern of the whole society.Under the pressure of the global epidemic in 2020,the employment of graduates is more difficult.Based on the analysis of several reasons for the difficulty in employment of college graduates,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions of the cooperation of government,school and enterprise,which are mainly for colleges and universities,supplemented by the government and enterprises,so as to promote employment and entrepreneurship,and help college graduates enter the society smoothly.
