摘要
摩托车振动问题,是一直以来困扰我国摩托车制造企业且需要不断改进的问题,在产品设计阶段运用虚拟样机技术对摩托车产品的振动特性进行仿真,可以实现产品的整体优化和性能匹配。通过在MSC.Patran环境下建立车架的有限元模型,经过ADAMS建立仿真数字模型,再与实验分析结构对比,验证摩托车虚拟样机模型的正确性。
The problem of motorcycle vibration has always been a problem that our motorcycle manufacturing enterprises needs/needed to improve.In the product design stage,using virtual prototype technology to simulate the vibration characteristics of motorcycle products can achieve the overall optimization and performance matching of products.Through the establishment of the finite element model of motorcycle frame in MSC.Patran environment,the simulation digital model of motorcycle is established by Adams,and compared with the exper imental analysis structure,the correctness of the motorcycle virtual prototype model is verif ied.
