野猪源大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及肠毒素与耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为探究1株从野猪粪便中分离的大肠杆菌致病类型及耐药表型,通过野猪粪便大肠杆菌分离纯化、培养特性分析、生化试验、16S rRNA基因分析、药敏试验,对野猪源大肠杆菌进行分离鉴定及耐药表型分析。并通过PCR扩增,对其携带的耐药基因和特定毒力基因进行检测。结果显示,在7份新鲜野猪粪便中分离出1株多重耐药大肠杆菌,该菌株对红霉素、四环素、头孢拉定、头孢他啶、林可霉素、氨苄西林和氨曲南等多类药物具有抗性。PCR扩增显示,该菌株携带有耐热肠毒素 STⅡ基因及mecA、blaOXA、blaIMP、carO、KPC-2、 ant(4′,4′)、 aph(3′)-Ⅱa、tetA和tetB等耐药基因。结果表明,该野猪粪便分离菌株为多重耐药产肠毒素大肠杆菌,研究结果为野猪源病源菌的致病性及耐药性研究奠定基础。 In order to investigate the pathogenic types and drug-resistant phenotype of an Escherichia coli(E.coli)strain,which was isolated from one wild boar fecal sample by isolation and purification,culture characteristics analysis,biochemical test and 16S rRNA gene analysis.The drug-resistant phenotype was determined by the drug sensitivity test.Besides,the drug resistance genes and specific virulence genes of the isolate were detected by PCR amplification.The results showed that a multiple-antibiotic-resistance E.coli strain was isolated from seven fecal samples,which were resistant to many antibiotics,including erythromycin,tetracycline,cefradine,ceftadime,lincomycin,ampicillin and amtraline.The results of PCR amplification showed that nine drug resistance genes(mecA,blaOXA,blaIMP,carO,KPC-2,ant(4′,4′),aph(3′)-Ⅱa,tetA and tetB)and a heat stable enterotoxin STⅡ gene were identified in the genome of this isolate.The findings suggested that this isolate belongs to multiple-antibiotic-resistance E.coli strain,so the results have laid foundation for control and drug resistance of wild boar pathogens.
