高温干热气候下的传统车及新能源车辆试验方法浅析 被引量:1

摘要 汽车环境适应性试验作为整车试验开发中一个重要的环节,近年来受到越来越多国内外整车厂的关注。文章以上汽大众新疆试车场高温试验为研究对象,通过分析吐鲁番地区气候对整车及零部件的影响,总结了一套基于国际行业标准和德国大众试验体系的高温干热气候下的试验方法。该试验方法分别针对传统车动力系统、新能源车"三电"系统和其他车载设备进行功能/耐久测试,将用户场景定义为常规、边界和极限3类工况,以用户的视角来发掘研发阶段中潜在的用户抱怨,兼具考虑用户需求、成本和技术可行性,达到提升产品质量和可靠性的目的。 As an important part in vehicle development,automobile environmental adaptability test has attracted more and more attention from domestic and foreign OEMs in recent years.In this article,the high temperature test of SAIC-Volkswagen Xinjiang test field is taken as the research object,by analyzing the influence of the climate in Turpan on the whole vehicle and parts,a set of test methods under high-temperature dry heat climate based on international industry standards and the German Volkswagen test system are summarized.This test method is used for the function/durability test of traditional vehicles′powertrain,new energy vehicles′battery,BMS and motor systems,and other on-board equipment.The users′scenario are defined as three types of operating conditions:normal,boundary,and extreme,and by resolving potential user complaints during the development stage,taking into account user needs,costs and technical feasibility,the purpose of improving product quality and reliability is finally achieved.
