随着现代AI技术在各国的迅速发展,人工智能给人们的生活带来了越来越多的便利,然而新兴AI换脸技术、各类智能AI软件、脑机接口等各类基于人本体的AI技术在研发和使用过程中与基本伦理产生了冲突。展望AI技术在未来可能对人类社会带来的伦理挑战,通过追溯发展AI技术的根本目的,总结各国对AI技术发展指定的各类伦理约束要求,我们应该以“以人为本;完全可控;以全社会的价值取向为发展方向”为AI技术发展伦理标准,倡导通过合理协商约定AI技术的具体伦理底线,在安全范围内制造人工智能。

With the rapid development of modern AI technology in various countries,artificial intelligence has brought more and more convenience to people's lives.However,emerging AI face changing technology,various intelligent AI software,brain-computer interface and other human-based ontology.AI technology conflicts with basic ethics in the process of development and use.Looking forward to the ethical challenges that AI technology may bring to human society in the future,by tracing the fundamental purpose of AI technology,summarizing the various ethical constraints required by countries for the development of AI technology,we should take"people-oriented;fully controllable;taking the value orientation of the whole society as the development direction"as the ethical standard for AI technology development,it advocates that specific ethical bottom line of AI technology should be agreed through reasonable negotiation,and creates artificial intelligence that people-oriented,human and AI respect each other within the security scope.
