高校音乐学生创新创业能力培养现状及对策研究

音乐教育是高校重要课程内容之一,是高校实施美育教育的主要手段之一,对学生身心发展具有深远影响。高校音乐不仅能够培育学生创作能力与实践能力,还能够提升学生音乐素养与艺术欣赏水平。然而,受到传统教育弊端的影响,高校音乐教育成效不佳,阻碍音乐艺术教育发展形式,影响到学生未来就业形势。而以创新创业能力培育为导向,开展的高校音乐教育,为高校音乐教育改革指明了方向。对此,本文分析高校音乐教育价值,论述高校音乐学生创新创业能力培育的现状,明晰高校音乐学生创新创业能力培育的意义,提出高校音乐学生创新创业能力培育的对策。

Music education is one of the important courses of colleges and universities.It is one of the main means of implementing aesthetic education in colleges and universities,and has a profound impact on the development of students'mind and body.College music can not only cultivate students'creative ability and practical ability,but also enhance students'music literacy and artistic appreciation.However,influenced by the malpractices of traditional education,the poor performance of college music education has hindered the development of music and art education and affected the future employment situation of students.The music education in colleges and universities,which is guided by the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship,has pointed out the direction for the reform of music education in colleges and universities.In this regard,this paper analyzes the value of college music education,discusses the current situation of the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,clarifies the significance of the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
