论个人档案的主体性特征

Study on the Subjectivity of Personal Archives

个人档案的主体性特征是个人档案区别于其他类型档案的主要依据,明确个人档案的特殊性能够使个人档案管理更具针对性,对于个人档案管理实践具有指导性意义。以怀疑主义和解构主义为核心观念的后现代主义思想为我们看待个人档案管理提供了新的视角,文章在分析个人档案及主体性概念的基础上,阐明了个人档案主体性特征具有自我表达、自我记忆、自我建构三个方面的内涵,并提出了关于个人档案管理模式重构的若干问题。

The research on the characteristic of personal archives is the theoretical basis of personal archives practice.In order to manage and use personal archives effectively,it is necessary to clarify the characteristics of personal archives that distinguish them from organizational archives.Postmodernism,with skepticism and deconstruction as the core concept,provides us with a new perspective on personal archives management.Based on the analysis of the concept of personal archives and subjectivity,this paper clarifies the connotation of the subjectivity features of personal archives:self-expression,self-memory,and self-construction,and raises several issues concerning the reconstruction of the personal archives management model.
