摘要
《基于用户价值理论的档案用户研究》一文具有创新性和启发性,但也存在着认识片面化和理想化倾向。文章结合档案用户的实际情况,针对宋晶晶作者依据“顾客价值理论”设计的档案用户价值的内容、维度和实现路径,从理论依据不适用、内容设计不科学、实现路径不合规等三个方面进行商榷,认为“顾客价值理论”在档案用户研究中不可行。
The article"The Study of Archives users based on user value theory"is innovative and enlightening,but there are also problems of one-sided and idealization of cognition.Based on the actual situation of archives users,this paper discusses the content,dimensions and realization path of the archives user value designed by JingJing Song according to the"customer value theory",and discusses the"customer value theory"in the study of archives user,from the three aspects of the theory that the theory is not applicable,the content design is not scientific,and the realization path is not compliant.
