文化战略视角下坚守中华文化立场的认识和思考

Understanding and Thinking of Sticking to the Position of Chinese Culture From the Perspective of Cultural Strategy

文化战略问题研究是文化研究领域的重要课题。其中,不可回避的一个问题就是文化立场问题。对此,党的十九大报告明确提出了"坚守中华文化立场"的要求。本文简要阐释了文化战略基本内涵、在我国的研究发展历程以及我国社会主义文化建设相关政策的制定和发展脉络,提出坚持中华文化自信,坚持中国特色社会主义方向,坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务,坚持社会主义核心价值观,坚持加强思想道德建设,坚持尊重世界文化多样性等必须坚守的中华文化立场。在此基础上,对新时代坚守中华文化立场进一步提出了强基固本、深化发展、对话交流、兼收并蓄等思考建议。

The study of cultural strategy is an important topic in cultural studies,among which cultural position is crucial and indispensable.In this regard,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the requirement of"adhering to the position of Chinese culture".This paper briefly explains the rudimentary connotations of cultural strategy,its research proceedings and development in China,and the related formulation and development of policies concerning socialist cultural construction in China.Then,the paper puts forward the arguments that we should adhere to the self-confidence of Chinese culture and stick to socialism with Chinese characteristics,the service for the people as well as the socialism.We should adhere to the socialist core values,the strengthening of ideological and moral construction,we should also respect world cultural diversity and all these are detailed connotations and practices of Chinese cultural positions that must be carried on.Based on the above-mentioned discussions and studies,the article concludes with suggestions of sticking to the position of Chinese culture in the new era,such as strengthening the foundation,deepening development,dialogue and exchanges,and being open and inclusive.
