摘要
冷战爆发之后,朝鲜战争成为东西方两大阵营在亚洲的第一次正面交锋。在战争陷入僵局后,交战双方开始了停战谈判。在此期间,美国心理战略委员会策划制订了两份心理行动计划,旨在抓住停战谈判和遣返战俘的时机来营造有利于美国的舆论环境。文章依据近年来美国政府解密文献档案,对朝鲜战争停战谈判期间美国的心理宣传行动进行探析,以期从心理战视角揭示美国实现其政策目标手段的多样性和阴暗性,同时丰富冷战国际史研究的内容。
After the Cold War broke out,the Korean War became the first tactical conflict in Asia between the Western and Eastern camps.When the war came to a deadlock,the two sides at war started the armistice talks.During this period,the US Psychological Strategy Board(PSB)formulated two psychologicaloperation plans,aiming to create a favorable public opinion for the US.This paper reviews the declassified psychological operation plans,explores the psychological actions during the Korean War armistice talks,hoping to reveal the variety and darkness of means the US adopted to realize its policy goals.
