切苇链排机控制系统的改造

摘要 链排机在运行过程中时常会出现堵料卡死现象,操作人员为了快速恢复生产,就会频繁正、反转操作设备,由于采用直接启动的电气控制方式,启动电流很大(5~7倍电机额定电流),对设备、电机、控制元器件甚至电网等造成很大的冲击损害,由于长期频繁的故障对生产造成了很大影响,操作和维护劳动强度很大。通过多次跟踪观察生产操作情况,仔细分析原因,找到了链排机生产厂家控制设计缺陷,利用变频控制方式取代直接启动控制方式,取得良好的效果。 Blocking often occurs in the operation of chain conveyor.In order to recover production,workers often operate the equipment in reverse and forward direction.Since the direct start electric control mode is also adopted,the starting current is very large(5-7times of the rated current of the motor),which causes great damage to the equipment,motor,control components and even the power grid.Operation and maintenance labor is intense due to the frequent breakdowns over a long period of time,which has a great impact on production.By observing the production for times and analyzing the causes carefully,the defects in control design from the chain conveyor manufacturer were found,and the frequency conversion control mode was used to replace the direct start control mode,which has obtained a good result.
