电厂卸船机金属结构力学行为远程智慧安全监测与预警 被引量:1

摘要 电厂卸船机是发电生产的关键物流装备,其金属结构在使用一定年限之后,疲劳强度逐步弱化,在繁重的工作状态和台风等恶劣天气影响时的安全状态显得尤为重要。通过实施力学行为远程智慧安全监测与预警,利用分布式应力在线监测系统、B/S架构软件系统、手机APP等,实现卸船机金属结构力学行为远程感知、强度状况智能评价、疲劳状态智慧评估。在现场实践过程中,创新性地解决了很多技术瓶颈问题,为国内卸船机及其他大型机械设备金属结构安全保障提供了先进的技术手段和有效的实施路线,对于港口起重设备实现远程智能运维有重要的借鉴和参考意义。 As the key logistics equipment for power generation production,the fatigue strength of the metal structure of the power plant ship unloader gradually weakens after a certain number of years of service.The safety of ship unloaders in power plants is particularly important under heavy working conditions and under the influence of severe weather such as typhoons.Through the implementation of remote intelligent safety monitoring and early warning of mechanical behaviors,and the use of distributed stress on-line monitoring system,B/S architecture software system,mobile phone APP,etc.,we have realized remote perception of mechanical behaviors of ship unloader metal structure,intelligent evaluation of strength status and intelligent evaluation of fatigue status.During field practice,we have innovatively solved many technical bottleneck problems and provided advanced technical means and effective implementation route guarantee to ensure the safety of metal structures of domestic ship unloaders and other large mechanical equipment.This paper has important reference and reference signi ficance for the realization of remote intelligent operation and maintenance of port lifting equipment.
