配重平衡系统是LNG装卸臂总体设计的关键点,其性能的优劣决定了装卸臂整机的能耗和结构的安全性。分析了单配重型式的LNG装卸臂配重平衡系统的设计要求及控制指标,提出了一种快速、有效的设计方法。

For the overall design of LNG loading and unloading arm,the counterweight balancing system is the key aspect,and its performance determines the energy consumption and structural safety of the entire loading and unloading arm.In this paper,the design requirements and control indexes of the counterweight balancing system for single-counterweight LNG loading and unloading arm are analyzed,and a fast and effective design method is proposed.
