In this paper,we introduced the structure and working principle of the hoisting mechanism of the polar crane in the nuclear power station,analyzed and summarized the instantaneous offset characteristics of the hoisting mechanism of polar crane for nuclear island,ensured the high-precision positioning and hoisting safety of nuclear facilities equipment,and applied the instantaneous offset characteristics to the inspection of the defects of the hook equipment,which has achieved good application results and has guiding signi ficance for the analysis of the o ffset characteristics of all kinds of hoisting machinery equipment.
