摘要
生橡胶挥发分是橡胶产品出厂检验项目之一,准确测定生橡胶挥发分具有重要意义。结合国内实际情况,考察了采用热辊法测定合成橡胶的挥发分含量的主要影响因素。试验结果表明,国内合成橡胶开炼机0.30mm辊筒间距相对于0.25mm更易于操作,炼机辊速和前后辊速率比影响挥发分含量的测定结果。并组织国内8家实验室参加了热辊法测定合成生橡胶的挥发分含量的精密度试验,通过数理统计得到的精密度,为实验室内和实验室间试验结果比对提供技术依据。
The volatile-matter content is one of important QC items for raw rubbers.It is of great significance for testing the volatile-matter content accurately.Based on the home actual situation,the influence factors of determination of volatile-matter content in raw rubbers by a hot-mill were investigated.It showed that the clearance of the mill rolls 0.30mm was easy to operate than the clearance of the mill rolls 0.25mm.The volatile-matter content was influenced by roll speed and speed ratio between front roll and rear roll.Eight laboratories participated in precision tests for hot-mill method.The precision results obtained using mathematical statistics provide technical basis for comparing the results of laboratory and between laboratory test.
