合成橡胶胶乳高速机械稳定性测定的研究 被引量:1

摘要 影响合成橡胶胶乳高速机械稳定性测定结果的因素包括网筛孔径、温度、搅拌时间和搅拌速度,网筛孔径大,测定结果低,网筛孔径小,测定结果高;温度偏高或偏低,均会导致胶乳高速机稳测定结果偏高,适宜的温度条件为25℃±3℃;搅拌时间延长,胶乳的高速机稳测定结果越高;搅拌速度越快,胶乳的高速机稳测定结果越高。 The factors affecting the steady measurement results of high-speed synthetic rubber latex machine include screen aperture,temperature,stirring time and stirring speed.Screen aperture is large,the result is low,the screen aperture is small,and the result is high.High or low temperature will lead to high stability measurement results of high-speed latex machine,and the appropriate temperature is 25℃±3℃.The stirring time is prolonged,the high-speed stability measurement result of latex is higher,and when the stirring speed is increased,the measurement result is increased.
