摘要
循环气冷凝器是Novolen聚丙烯工艺中关键设备,通过长期对循环气冷凝器运行工况的监控分析,发现循环气冷凝器液位与产品熔指存在密切相关性;循环气冷凝器液位的影响因素有循环水温度、循环水流量、反应器温度、反应器压力、液相丙烯外排量、气相组分的含量、循环气压缩机入口吸入量,通过对循环气冷凝器液位的影响因素的分析和相关工艺参数的调整,使得循环气冷凝器液位保持在指标范围内,最终确保产品熔融指数的稳定性。
Circulating gas condenser as a key equipment in Novolen process,through long-term monitoring and analysis of the operation conditions of the circulating gas condenser,it is found that there is a close correlation between the liquid level of the circulating gas condenser and the product melt index;meanwhile,the monitoring results show that the influencing factors of the liquid level of the circulating gas condenser include the circulating water temperature,the circulating water flow rate,the reactor temperature,the reactor pressure,the external displacement of liquid-phase propylene,the content of gas-phase components,and the suction volume at the inlet of the circulating gas compressor,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the liquid level of the circulating gas condenser and the adjustment of the relevant process parameters,the liquid level of the circulating gas condenser is kept in the stable range,and finally the product melt index is close to the target value.
