摘要 以铝为例详细开展了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料制备及其性能研究。利用Hummers制备带有负电荷的氧化石墨烯,再通过阳离子表面活性剂进行铝粉处理,确保表层附有正电荷,基于静电自助组装在铝粉表层吸附石墨烯,最后采用热压烧结制备石墨烯增强铝基复合材料。在此基础上,以金相显微镜、电镜扫描等方式方法进行实验,以探究石墨烯含量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着石墨烯含量逐渐增加,铝基复合材料硬度与抗拉强度随之增大,呈现出增大不断减缓的趋势。尤其在含量为质量分数0.3%时,复合材料力学性能处于最佳状态。 The preparation and properties of the graphene-reinforced metal matrix composites were studied in detail with aluminum as an example.And the graphene is adsorbed on the surface layer of the aluminum powder based on the static self-service assembly,and finally,the graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material is prepared by hot-pressing sintering.On this basis,the effect of the content of graphene on the performance of the composite material was investigated by means of metallography,electron microscopy and the like.The results show that,with the increasing of the content of the graphene,the hardness and the tensile strength of the aluminum-based composite material are increased,and the trend of increasing is presented.In particular at a content of 0.3%(wt),the mechanical properties of the composite are in the best state.
