摘要
为提高碳纤维自行车的韧性,对碳纤维自行车的材质进行探究。采用硼酸酯偶联剂对硼酸镁晶须进行表面改性,再将改性后的硼酸镁晶须加入聚丙烯中,制备出相应的硼酸镁晶须/聚丙烯复合材料。然后对所制备硼酸镁晶须/聚丙烯复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、冲击性能及复合材料的形貌表征进行了测试与分析。实验结果表明,偶联剂的种类对复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能以及冲击性能影响很大,硼酸镁晶须的加入可以明显提高复合材料的力学性能如弯曲强度等,对聚合物具有较好的增强效果。
In order to improve the toughness of carbon fiber bicycle,the material of carbon fiber bicycle was studied.Magnesium borate whisker was modified by borate coupling agent,and then the modified magnesium borate whisker was added to polypropylene to prepare the corresponding magnesium borate whisker/polypropylene composite.Then the tensile properties,bending properties,impact properties,and morphology of the prepared magnesium borate whisker/polypropylene composites were tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that the kinds of coupling agents have great influence on the tensile properties,bending properties and impact properties of the composites,and the addition of magnesium borate whiskers can obviously.improving the mechanical properties such as bending strength,has a good strengthening effect on the polymer.
