摘要
本文介绍了奥斯麦特熔炼炉+富氧侧吹还原炉炼铅并且搭配处理锌浸出渣工艺,重点介绍了项目主要工艺方案和主要设备选型。设计中富氧侧吹还原炉一层铜水套上安装有富氧喷嘴和粉煤喷嘴,分别向炉渣熔体中鼓入高压富氧空气和粉煤,增设粉煤喷嘴的目的是为了快速有效地调节熔池温度和控制熔池内部氧化和还原氛围。烟化炉炉身全部采用铜水套,靠炉壁挂渣保护铜水套。
This paper introduced the process of smelting zinc leaching residue using Ausmelt smelting furnace and oxygen-enrich side-blowing furnace,especially the main process plan and equipment selection.Oxygen-enrich nozzle and coal powder nozzle are fixed on the first layer copper water jacket of the oxygen-enrich side-blowing furnace in this design.High-pressure oxygen-enrich air and coal powder are injected into the slag melt.The purpose of adding coal powder nozzles is to adjust the bath temperature fastly and control oxidation and reduction atmosphere in the bath.The fuming furnace used copper water jacket,and the slag stuck on the water jacket can protcet it.
